This activity can be applied to stage 6 chemistry class, follow by the syllabus dot point, process information from secondary sources to graph and compare the boiling and melting points of water with other similar sized molecules (8.4.2.3.1) Spreadsheet skill is important for students to develop critical understand of some concept in science. For this example, students need to learn how to create a line graph using excel. The video provide in the activity gives clear instruction on creating a graph. Student would also need to be able to save the spreadsheet correctly and can re-edit next time.
